Thai yoga body massage is a full body treatment, starting at the feet and progressing to head. The massage involves gentle but firm acupressure using a pressure points technique on the body, with palms hands, thumbs, knees, elbows and feet with yoga postures styles. No oil is applied.

Our Thai Yoga Body Massage Therapist
Our therapist is a qualified massage therapist with a diploma from a renowned WAT PO Traditional Thai Massage School in Bangkok, Thailand. She lives and works in Maidenhead, a lovely Berkshire town, right on the River Thames.
Working primarily as a mobile therapist, our therapist visits clients in the comfort of their home or office. However, she can provide her specialized professional services on location in Maidenhead.
Thai Yoga Body Massage What to Expect
At the start of the treatment, your therapist will assess where your body needs help in healing and may adapt the massage techniques accordingly.
The therapist may then use her hands, elbows, fingers, forearms, feet and knees to work on your entire musculo-skeletal system, aiming to release any tension in your body by opening up its energy channels.
During the treatment, the therapist will constantly modify, intensity and focus to suit your needs and comfort. For instance, increasing or decreasing pressure or extending treatment on an area (typically the neck, shoulder and lower back).

Please inform your therapist of any health and safety concerns or health conditions especially if you are undergoing any treatment or taking medication.
Generally, the following conditions are NOT appropriate for Thai Yoga Body Massage:
•Heart condition
•Cold/ flu
•Infectious skin disease, rash or open wounds
•People under the influence of drugs or alcohol
•Cancer patients
•Pregnant women
•Recent surgery recovery patients
